So I've been working as a casting assistant once again ... pretty much since January. Been working on Walk Hard since the end of February and it's been pretty crazy. We were scheduling 50 people a day for fittings for a few weeks and that meant staying in the office until 10. That finally stopped, but it's been day to day surprises since then. Just found out on friday I have to book 100 more people for fittings next week for tues and wed ... oh joy.
I think it will be a pretty funny movie. It's been a handfull though ... Scenes have been canceled and rescheduled here and there, making our job harder and the actors frustrated. But it's winding down in May, and I'm leaving on May 9 to visit a friend in Seattle for a week. I've never been, so I'm really looking forward to it.
